My name is Richard Sharp (pun intended!) and I’d like to thank you for taking the time to read this.

I’m an ILM certified leadership coach with over 12 years of hands-on leadership experience, particularly in customer experience and operational roles. My coaching is grounded in ethical practice, deep listening, and practical clarity, helping leaders think strategically, build confidence, and navigate complexity with focus.
