Leadership Package Tiers

All packages include a free 45 minute chemistry session, this helps to clarify the overall goal of the engagement.

Each coaching package is tailored to meet the needs of leaders seeking clarity, confidence, and purposeful direction. Session cadence is typically fortnightly or monthly, agreed during the contracting process based on your goals and availability.

All sessions delivered remotely unless otherwise agreed.

Any in-person sessions requested by the client may incur additional travel and accommodation expenses, which will be agreed in advance and charged separately.

Clarity Session – £400

A one-off 90-minute coaching session designed to bring focus to a specific challenge or decision.

Includes:

• Pre-session clarity questions

• 90-min coaching conversation

• Optional written summary or reflection prompts

Ideal for: New clients, leaders needing a one-time sounding board, or people exploring coaching

Leadership Sprint – £1,500

Three focused 1-hour coaching sessions over 6 weeks. Ideal for tackling a well-defined goal or leadership challenge.

Includes:

• 3 x 1-hour coaching sessions

• Email support between sessions

• Optional follow-up reflection prompt

Ideal for: Leaders navigating change, preparing for a new role, or needing to focus their thinking

Sharp Focus Leadership Series – £3,000

Six 1-hour sessions over a 3 to 6 month period. A deeper leadership development journey, with strategic thought partnership and space for reflection.

Includes:

• 6 x 1-hour coaching sessions

• Light email check-ins between sessions

• Personalised support and outcome tracking

Ideal for: Mid- to senior-level leaders ready to sharpen their strategic thinking, self-awareness, and confidence

Leadership Integration Call – £150

45-minute follow-up session, one month after the package ends. Designed to help embed learning and sustain momentum.
